How to teach intelligent women to have their own ground and sustain impact?

Social circles are a great way to learn about who you are. With the rise of women in all spheres of society, there is but one thing I find essential in further developing - and this is to have women have their own minds and ground.

The role of females has been pushed from extreme feminism, to diminishing values, voice or misconceptions of what a woman is. A woman is the most beautiful creature. Her transformative power lives in making better surroundings - whether through raising a young leading child of the future or simply through her states of creation and expressing ideas of learning and experiencing.

Beyond that, throughout the last five decades women has risen, revealing potential and earning success in almost all fields, contrary to the years where women were not allowed to university, social clubs or even charity organisations. I’ve observed my own ways but also the position in which brilliant women are placing themselves. The discipline built from young age and the many male role models that often I would have, has gifted me with a collective mind of knowledge, ground principles, attitude, attention to details, forward thinking and so much more. However, this respect towards everything, has left me many times alter my opinion on topics about business, work environment, sustainability, history, religion, culture, education and so much more.

How I have sustained my own ground and learned is through giving the enough time to see many bad examples.

The best go-to for women will be sustaining their impact on creating something meaningful in the world and striving to find the truth and create better friendships while achieving careerwise and financial independence.

Investing continuously in ones skills and abilities to excel is what can give confidence and courage that will suit you profoundly. Educated people are respectful, show understanding and will even help you with their own great example. If you feel uncomfortable, the answer is leave.

Why it is important for everyone to work and turn all doable work and true ideas into reality is because we do not want to depend on outer sources all the time but be the ones that produce both life and boosting local, global growth.
